Terms of Service
Last updated 25 August 2026
By creating a CareFlow account or using the CareFlow mobile apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Seller
You are contracting with Gemmalou Gutierrez, trading as CareFlow. Our website is careflow.partners. If you need these details for your records, contact us at support@careflow.partners.
Who may use CareFlow
CareFlow is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and the staff they authorise. You confirm you hold the licences and authority required to record and process patient information in your jurisdiction.
Your account
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Only grant team access to people who need it, and revoke it promptly when they leave.
- Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
Clinical responsibility
CareFlow stores and organises information. It does not practise medicine. All clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions and documentation remain entirely your professional responsibility. You must maintain your own legally required medical records independently of CareFlow where regulations demand it.
Intellectual property
CareFlow owns the software, branding, documentation and all related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to your selected plan. You retain ownership of the patient and practice data you enter.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload malware, attempt to access other accounts, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not use CareFlow to send unsolicited marketing to patients.
- Do not enter data you have no lawful basis to process.
Fees, billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions; see our Refund Policy for details.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Availability
We work to keep CareFlow available and backed up, but the service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where practical.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, or clinical outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, fail to pay fees when due, or put patient data at risk. On termination you can export your data for 30 days before it is purged.
Changes
We will notify you in-app before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
